How We Work:
We charge a set fee based on the size of the home – The fee includes a 5 week rental period, delivery, staging and collection at the end of the rental period. The rental can be extended on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

FAQ:
Do The Fees Above Include Bathrooms, Artworks & Decor?
Yes, our fees include decor throughout your home – We aim to make every room as presentable as possible.
Do You Need A Notice Period?
After an on-site consultation, we generally ask for 3-5 business days to ensure we have the necessary items on hand.
Do I Need To Insure Staging Furniture?
No need to worry, we insure our own items against loss & damage.
Can I Select Staging Items?
Unfortunately not as we cannot guarantee availability of specific items or decor. However, we do our utmost to work with a theme/ color that may already be established, i.e; We sometimes find feature walls or kitchens set a theme and we aim to compliment the rest of the area accordingly.
Which Areas Do You Cover?
Our facility is centrally located in Ellerslie, we cover up to Long Bay (North), down to Papakura (South), up to Howick (East) and up to Massey (West).
Photos:
We understand that marketing strategies may change when selling a home and a property may be staged after photography has been done. As an additional service to our clients, we after post-staging photography at a fee of $20 +gst per photo (minimum of 10 photos).
*Please note that we only offer this service additional to our staging service. We do not promote Staging365 as a professional photography service.
